What computer soft should I download to programm in varioys languages ?

Visual Studio Code is not an IDE, it's a text editor. Visual Studio Community is probably what you wanted to refer to.

You may want to try Visual Studio Code and also Notepad++

If you are looking for one IDE to use with all of these languages, try Visual Studio Code, Netbeans and Eclipse. You didn't say what you want to do. Can you specify that? Atom and Sublime Text are nice too. I could also mention JRE and Python interpreter but you probably have it (or have you only used it on SoloLearn?)
