I would like to create my own web page. Nothing fancy, somewhat like DeviantArt where I can post my art. Any tips for how I should go about doing that? What language(s) would I need and programs?

hi, u need only some cms, like WordPress or Drupal. There are a lot of patterns for personal page/ blog. U need only google to change something in pattern, if it not obvious.
