Good tip to prepare studies

Hopefully I get a chance to go to university studying Data technology this fall. I would appreciate some good piece of advice how to be as prepared as possible. Courses, books, Internet resources, useful links and similar. Thanks in advance!

You should learn about C lang, pointers and memory handling. I thnk you will meet them in university.
Java or cpp or c# is studied languages fir OOP , check your course plan to decide which you shoukd start learning.
And you should learn a scipt language like python, its a very common lang in data scirnce nowadays.
Learn about map,reduceand filter in python.
