How can i create a user profile in my site for clients

if I created a site that is protected with password demanding the user to login with password who can I create a user profile just like that of sololarn.

It's about databases and validations. Depending on your implementation you are visioning you will make your architecture.

Make sure you have a database where are the use details are stored... Then use some php to manipulate it.. Like Session can make each user unique.. Like echo each user name when they login to they profile...
