What is the Difference between Programmer and Developer?!

none but if you wanna differentiate by word then,
programmer - who is responsible for the program
developer - develop others program
coder - responsible for the coding

thank you guys for the answers, actually I find specific definitions define each in terms of the treatment of the coding tasks. But I was also wondering what YOU guys prefer or considering​ your self ..
for me, I always prefer to define my self as a developer because, as @ramesh S mentioned , I think it belongs to creativity. what is your opinion? or it doesn't matter at all?
