I cannot guarantee that you'll be a GENIUS but if you work hard, complete these lessons, practice more often, and set your mind to it, you'll most likely be a pro at JavaScript, or at least be an intermediate. Either way, it'll show signs of superiority to those who are not as skilled. Me, personally, I like using HTML, CSS, Java, Ruby, and sometimes Python, and you can do a lot more, depending on the language(s) you use

it's an introduction, then I recommend you to learn angular js or similar framework

This is an overview of JavaScript basics. I'm still learning but it helps me retain what I'm taught on other sites like CodeAcademy.

hang in there friend, and take your time! I finished html and CSS in 1 night and didn't retain.. doing it over and adding JavaScript plus applying it as much as possible.stay encouraged.
