I don't know how to open my file in a browser. Please help me out.

What extension does it have? Is it 'filename.html' and where did you save it?

If you have a preference saved for open with on that .html file that is not a web browser you can right click and go to open with and select a web browser. Alternatively you can click and drag that .html file to a web browser and it will open
