I am using a tablet with a doc for html and I need help with how to make my html a viewable browser page

If it has an .html extension, just open it and if it's not already associated with a browser app, i.e Firefox, Chrome.. it will ask you which app do you want to open it with. It will give you some suggested apps/browsers. Choose your favorit browser and the 'always' option.
