You don't need to use that

It can be used as an IDE or can be used as a drag and drop. I recommend using it as an IDE. It is very nice and things are automated, however Atom.io or Sublime Text can do some of the same things that Dreamweaver can do. Use the trial version and try some other IDEs. If you really like Dreamweaver over other ones than buy it. I like it but not enough to use it as my default IDE.
