How can other people see it?

I have learned HTML, CSS and JavaScript now. (I've completed the SoloLearn apps.) But how do I make so that other people can see my webpages?

I use PyCharm when making HTML files because it makes it easier. When I open my files it shows:

http://localhost:*****/filename/pagename

*****=random numbers
filename= what the directory the HTML files are in
pagename=name of html files.

you need to buy web hosting from companies like GoDaddy with a domain and then upload your files to your web hosting server for other to see it using your registered domain address or the other way is to buy a domain and configure it to your PC's Apache server
