What language should I learn first?

Depends on what you want to achieve through programming. E.g. if you don't want to go for web development, there's no point in learning HTML. Same goes for other languages. However, general-purpose programming languages such as C++, Java, Python etc may prove to be a good start.

Finish your python course then you can learn C++. both are good start.

actually it doesn't matter if you just want to start learning programming... other way, it depends on what you want to do, JavaScript for frontend, PHP for backend(talking about scripting languages for web development) ... I think they are easy to start with
