How much time I need to feel myself good at programming, if I'll lear 30mins a day.

i' d say , with reasonable effort
it takes 6 month to get comfortable, 3 years to master it, 10 years to be an expert.
( thats for more than just coding in a few languages though ☺)

You never can really "master" programming because there are always new things to learn that you may have never even heard of before, or your way of programming isn't quite perfect and needs adjustment. Just remember that if you don't give up and you remember failing == learning, then you will get very good and feel comfortable with programming.
