It's so simple.
I would advice you to learn C++ before learning any other language because once you learn C++, all other languages are increasingly easy

my opinion is: there is no easiest programming language , but some of the easiest are : CSS , ruby and html

AL.The.Flame! HTML and CSS are not programming languages. They're just front end design language.

C++ is the best programming language to start with since after that it would be easier to learn C#, Java.. though some ppl start with python they are often alienated to other programming language like C, java, C++,C#.. etc after that
