it's great that you're starting young! if you spend a few hours a day really really working on learning you can definitely be good at it in a few months. I'll say this now, it won't be easy. don't give up though. When you make your first program that you're really proud of remember those days where you were frustrated in trying to make it work! It will be WORTH IT!!
