I've seen people suggest doing C before C++. Is that the C# option I see?

C

@Steve If you want to make games with C languages, I recommend that you install and use Visual studio. https://www.visualstudio.com/free-developer-offers If use Mac or want to compile C, I have what you need in this thread https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/410578/?ref=app

Haha fair enough, still nice of ya. I'm trying to develop games and wanting to start with mobile games and work my way up. making sure I'm going in the right direction on here. something I've always wanted to do, just kept putting it off

well that's where I'm at, I'm not entirely sure what path to take first. I get the basic idea of what c++ does, but if I'm trying to make let's say a somewhat basic puzzle game app, should I start with c++ and move down or start with python? I also only have access to a mobile phone right now, getting a laptop next week.
