I want to translate the dynamic text from english to spanish without using google or microsoft api.

i have the c# code which get the data from database. but i need to show some of the data in spanish wihout using any api. it would help if its possible with any jquery plugin.

What do you mean? Creating an automated translator is super hard. I doubt a single person will get very far, especially because you need knowledge of programming and linguistics. There's a reason it took so long to have somewhat good results with Google Translate and in parts it's still wonky.

Or do you mean displaying two different texts depending on some parameter? In that case a simple if will work.

i want to convert some of the content of my page to spanish.
since google api and microsoft aoi are no more free. i cant use them
