Actually, for me , NO.

I've programmed using other Object-Oriented Languages before like C++ and Java, and I find C# as a more SIMPLIFIED languange compared to them.

I agree with Erwin at this point. C# has loads of possibilities but is still very simple compared to other languages.

The OP clearly asked where either its easy or not, not if its harder than c++ or not. There is no language that I know of that is considered easy, c++ being one of the hardest of already hard languages, c# is also a difficult language yet seeing c++ is even more complicated, c# is easier than c++, neither are easy, so an actual answer to what he said..
Yeah, c# is very hard but is easier than most other languages
