Code::Blocks or Dev-C++? Which better? Why?

Warning: Opinionated answers.

I have used both. IMHO, CodeBlocks' interface looks like an application from the 00s. While Dev-C++ may not be anywhere further up to date, it still looks better. Another upperhand which Dev-C++ has is clearer compiler error messages.

both have same compiler (gcc)

in look , projects i prefer you code blocks

I prefer the look and feel of code::blocks
and the support for different OS is much better
