Coding Challenge #7: Sorting Arrays by the Amount of Perfect Squares that Each Element May Generate (My Code Included)

Question

You will be given an array of positive integers. The array should be sorted by the amount of perfect squares and reversed, that can be generated from each number permuting its digits.

The complete question is given within my code. Best of luck. This is actually a bit harder than the usual challenges.
