Technically, yes. Practically, not per se. You can make websites with standard tools and stuff, but those run in the backside on codes too.

You'll have to create it yourself if you want one 😉 But some steps: 1. Learn HTML (do the course) and practice some with it 2. Learn CSS and practice with CSS and HTML 3. Learn JavaScript and practice with all Write codes and use recourses (for example these: https://code.sololearn.com/W8iMGXTusS8V/?ref=app ) until you can make your own! 😊

For the basic website, NO. There are many online tools available which can help you to build a website, you have to just drag & drop boxes and select their operation, but they create basic website only. If you want any a website with some good quality, then definitely coding is required. Here is link where you can find list of that tools: https://medium.com/product-hunt/15-tools-that-will-help-you-build-your-website-no-coding-required-33e9e51a2df6

bharath go take the HTML course. Its actually really simple. You'll be creating websites in no time. If you dont care to learn to code and have a new skill under your belt, then there are other options. You can go to a site like wix.com where you dont need to know any coding at all and create a website through them.. then you just gotta pay a monthly(maybe annual not sure) fee for it.. not horribly expensive. But you are limited to the designs they have available. Or you can hire a web designer(a lot more expensive but the imagination is the limit as far as what you want/need done here) to come and make you a website... then you'll just have to pay for hosting(not horribly expensive either)if you dont have a server. If you're needing just a basic website for say a business or maybe a portfolio of your work or something like that.. I'd say just go with a site like wix.. but if you want to get too much more complex you'll need to learn coding or hire someone that knows it.
