There is no one answer to this apart from saying, it all depends on what you are writing code for. e.g. If you need code for a device driver you wouldn't use HTML and if you need a database would you use python????

Each language has its good points and there are so many needs that different languages are needed to produce the most efficient code.

each o the mentioned languages have their own domain and application range. I personally prefer Python
