Sololearn means learn solo (alone) :P So, you will not find here people to be your private teacher, but however you can use Q&A Discussions for asking help on specifics difficulties you could encountered during you solo study, and often get answers by anybody on call ;) ( but try first to search if your question/problem have not been already asked/answered here and on internet more generally :P )

I am not quite sure what you mean by this. Sololearn has some nice courses to teach you how to code. If you are just starting out, HTML is really nice and so is C++ or Python. If you want a place to code, you can do that on the Sololearn code playground or repl.it (it has more programming languages available to program in). I hope this answers your question. I am only a kid and in the last year, I have learned and used 7 programming languages.
