Can i code efficiently,build a usable site with my mobile phone. And what editor are mobile friendly..... ?

New and with limited resources to get a suitable PC ,, and I want to utilize my present available device which is my mobile phone, is it possible?

any simple text editor would work
just write your code in a text file and rename it's extension as html.
or you can use something like DroidEdit app in android.
