That depends on what you want to do with it. If you're just getting into it I would recommend getting a hang of HTML first because it's very easy and introduces you to the way you should think when programming. I personally prefer C++ because even though it may not be as easy as C# it's more powerful and I feel like you have the ability to do more things with it.

every course is good and it depends if you want to go for web development u need php
c++ and java r a little hard I have heard
can't say anything about c# though
