The <div> tag defines a division or a section in an HTML document.
The <div> tag is used to group block-elements to format them with CSS.

usaly it's used this way :
<h1>title</h1>

< div class="first_bock">
<p> first_paragraphe</p>
<p> second_paragraphe</p>
</div>

< div class="second_bock">
<p> first_paragraphe</p>
<p> second_paragraph </p>
</div>
