What is the easier best language to learn ?

I personally love Python its an easier one to grasp and is very well used and known. However it is not the typical language you will see so C++ is great for that. Although no matter which one you decide to learn first most codes have a lot of similarities. Hope this helps and happy coding.

python is more easy but if you learn java or c is more easy to learn the other language

It depends on what you want to achieve. Python is simple and full understanding of Java or C++ will give you totally different view on programming. Nevertheless if you are planning to do something commercial I would choose Kotlin,Swift or Rust. Their syntax is sort of similar thus you do not need to care which you will choose and potential applicability of this knowledge is huge.
