Doing Math (needs editing)

b = 8
x = a/b
puts x+b

a should =24 , since the answer is 11

I am not quite sure whether I've understood correctly what you are actually asking, but 25/8 gets rounded down to 3, so the result is the same as with 24. It is in fact the same for 24,25,26,27,28,29,30 and 31.
