Ok.
1. Unplug all energy sources and devices (energy cable, USB sticks etc)
2. Press the power button to remove all remaining energy
3. Take out the CMOS battery
4. Press the power button again.
5. Put the CMOS on its place
6. Reboot
7. Press Esc, Del and F keys during boot

Can you explain why you tagged several programming languages?
Anyway, you should put more effort in explaining your problem
-What changes did you save? BIOS-related?
-Can you access the BIOS menu?
-How did you check your RAM?
-Did you remove the CMOS battery or just clean it?

Hi Louis
I tagged so many languages to spread this question.

Overclocking is often a bad idea. You should only do it if absolutely necessary as it degrades your CPU considerably faster.
If you have set it too high it may the cause for your broken CPU
