Well what I'm about to list is in fact no way complete but here: Stackoverflow - Definitely a tool you want within your kit. Quora - I spend majority of my day on this site there's a ton of information out there for you to read up on Programming related or not. Freecodecamp - that's a nice site to look into especially if you're into web development. Codeacdemy - also a nice site. The site have plenty of technologies to learn. Codewars - another site but offer challenges based on difficulties. Topcoder - If you're totally new probably not the place to venture to but if you want to learn more up on algorithms and data structures it's a nice place to look into. Codepen.io - You're probably wondering why? The site isn't a place where they teach you but you can see the work of others. Now I'm about to give you the two best places to learn: 1) The first being an text editor or IDE of your choice. The best way to learn how to program is to program. 2) The second being a search engine of your choice so you can look up a solution or inspiration for an idea.

Looking at what language, if there is money then on GeekBrains and Solo of course) If not, then I learned Java on JavaRush. I'm sure there are free services, there are many important things to find)
