Which webserver is easy to access/free?

what do I need to obtain a webserver? it the webserver free? can I make my own server? if yes, how?

Of course you can use your pc or laptop - a web server is just a piece of software, and it can run on (almost) any hardware.

You need a... webserver :) Yes, it is free.

You can use Apache for both Windows and Linux: https://httpd.apache.org/ .
Or, on Windows platforms, you can use the included IIS.

Be warned, however, that webservers can be difficult to configure - unless you are absolutely sure of what you are doing, do NOT make that webserver publicly accessible!
