you need a domain and web hosting service like godaddy or 1and1. they do cost money but are reliable and can handle large amount of viewers and can have thousands of subdomains

If you are new than go to 000webhost.com here u will get free domain after getting domain than upload your file in public_html make sure your first page name should be index.html so that when ever u type your url your index.html page will be load. Otherwise you have to type your_url/page_name.html or .php

you need to host it on a server...uploading Files to the server using Filezilla
