Hi Yeku, I would give you example from real life with technology in brackets.
It is person who is able to write BackEnd developend code (Java), understand and use SQL and Databases (Oracle DBMS), have knowledge of at least one Web Development Framework (Angular JS) and have basic knowledge of administration of Unix based OS (Red Hat Enterprise Linux). Since they cover multiple areas of IT industry, they are not experts for every field, but they mostly capable to quickly find solutons for issues and most of the time be team leaders.
