Your first programming/scripting language?

This might be asked for several hundreds time already. But what's your first programming/scripting language and why did you choose to study it?

Mine is Java. I saw an online article saying that java was the easiest language of all. So I started studying that. I didn't understand what the said. Then I finished the whole section. Sololearn inspired me to do programming again. So then I studied that and the tutorials were much better to understand. Thanks Sololearn!

My first is HTML😊😊 Java was 3rd language after php. but I feel Java is better for me ต้องขอบคุณแอพนี้เลยครับ

scripting language do not require compilation and programming language requires compilation step.
My first programming language is C and scripting language is JavaScript

My first programming language was Java, but I go with PHP, MySql and javascript because is a more web oriented stack
