If I want to publish a Python Programm with Module?

How I can publish a Projekt with Module from Pip? Tat everybody can use the Programm?

create a exe file for windows,for other OS do same for them with their supported extension. In windows a Python project can be converted to exe by using pytoexe ...etc have many tools for that.
