Can a computer science fresh graduate start freelancing immediately? Or do i need to get experience first?

I want to focus on web/mobile dev, graphic design, or just programming, i've a couple of projects, however i'm too afraid to get a client, but I don't want to work in an office full of different people lol I just want to be alone. I just want to hear from someone if i'm on this can be right. thank you.
