I find c++ and java similar . Are they to everyone?

@MD W. R. C was kind of the original language that others were based off of. c++ was basically an extension of c; created when a better and more versatile programing language than c was needed. c# is not really related to the others. It is more like and related to java. That is the basics of it.

They are similar by their syntax. But that's just about it. They work in different ways. Java was designed to work on any platform using JVM. C++ is compiled directly to native machine code which can be executed only on same type machines

They are both OOP and both have somewhat similar syntax.

Well they are both top level program languages if that is what you mean, but in the core, they act much differnt from eachother. They are both OOP languages and have simmilair main functions, that's true, but java doesn't use smartpointers and header files the way C++ does

And it should look similar because Java was heavily influenced by C++

cpp uses libraries while java use class to run main function.
