Why in the challenges says that bet 10 xp but losing lose 20 xp

They also take/give a bonus xp based on other things than just bet.

The sum of xp you can lose/win seems to be about 30 (without bonus) so if you can win 25xp, you should lose about 5xp.
It is made so that challenging strong people does not make you lose to much xp

Look at website. there is rough explanation of the scoring system. unfortunately, it is hard to predict win-lost score as it depends on a lot of factors, mainly on your rating in the particular weapon. you can be total at 10, but your experience in, say c# is 2. so, taking challenge in c# you will get positive xp even for lost game. my understanding is that if you win 7 challenges, then your loss on the 8th, would be equal to total gain (with opposite sign) (plus now 1xp for correct answer). the more you win, the severe is punishment for loss. enjoy.
