Is BlueJ platform still apt for JAVA? Or which platform should i use?

For learning purpose BlueJ is still the best.

For enterprise grade development, it's no way fit.
Switch to Eclipse / Netbeans / IntelliJIdea for that purpose.

But, I repeat, if you want to learn Java deeply, start with Bluej.
