How to add animated box at the background section of the page

i don't know how to do it . give me some suggestions

Your question isn't enough accurate: + there's no << background section of the page >>, buch each elements (including <body> whole page container) can define properties to use as background of the element... but that's not filled with Html content: you rather use external images (web bitmaps and/or svg) and/or color (and generated color gradient)... + you doesn't specify what kind of animation you want to do as << animated box >>
