How to restart to learn C# and .net

Question

its been 2yrs im away from programing because of my spinal injury..
now i want to get back to my work so i want some guidance about what should i start to learn or read to quickly get understanding and..
i worked in company before so i do hv knowledge of c# asp.net sql bootstrap script css.,
but now i really feel like i can't do it again..
i need some serious guidance

There are a lot of apps you can try in order to restart to learn C#. In case you are not interested anymore with C# u can check out other programming languages, like python. Both python and C# or even C++ are very famous and easy-to-learn programming laguages. I personally think that u should learn more about C# because u may find it difficult to learn another laguage.
