How to run code without internet?

Question

I want to learn Python but I don't have the Internet to practice writing & run code?
I think of practice is also important step in order to help me understand post and remember longer.
Sorry for my English is not good.

U can download Python from Play Store as well.

You can download python compiler for android qpython but he is not on google play store, also if you are going to use pc, windows, I recommend PyCharm, it is great!

@fabricio : I go to work and leisure time pretty, I have one smartphone, learn python solo and without a personal computer. :( My home pc and internet access but I want to win the free time to study for 1 smartphone
