Both languages are capable of doing same jobs, but the most important difference is in platforms. Although C# can be used for developing for non-windows OSes like Android and Linux, but it's not much efficient. While C++ can be run efficiently on almost every platform (if you are going to develop for a board like Raspberry pi, no one suggests you c#). Another thing is the architecture of the languages, which I don't have enough information about and you should wait for others.

c++ because faster,but it's harder
