Why can't you use SQL as a weapon in challenges?

I understand that it isn't really that difficult to learn, and isn't usually very complex once learned. However, HTML is the same way, yet it still can be used in challenges. Also, I'm sure that there are people who are willing to write challenges with SQL, so why can't we?

SoloLearn's SQL course is too short, so there aren't neither playgrond nor challenges

HTML has 43 lessons and SQL has 25 ones... + In playground you can make nice pages with HTML, CSS and JS, but SQL is useless because SL doesn't save that data as it doesn't save txt files on other languages and so on...

It is short, however, SoloLearn's HTML course is similarly short, only being longer with the HTML5 module. In essence, you can do HTML pretty well with only 22 sections of HTML, whereas there are 25 sections in the SQL course, over the span of more modules, and all of them would be needed in order to be proficient at SQL.
