When should use bottle module in python?

I want to know about bottle module ,what impressions it does.

Bottle is a minimalistic web server framework.

I personnally love it, as it let wide freedom in the way you want to implement such service workflow... but it require to like programming quite from scratch, even you could use lot of modules avoiding completly reinventing the wheel ;P
