Knowing all the Languages

can one really make to understand all these programming languages and still perfect on some?

You don't need to perfect all of them, each one has a different purpose. I usually explain it like this, HTML is the foundation of the house, Javascript is the electrical and plumbing, CSS is the decoration for the house, then SQL and PHP is what connects your house to utilities such as water, gas, phone lines etc, BootStrap is how your house layout is set up. You certainly don't need to become a pro at any of them, however dipping your toe in all of them will help out a lot overall. Hope this helps and if you have any other questions I am here! :)

Yes. Depends upon the person and how much time/effort they put into it. As well, necessity plays a big role, if you don't have a need/use for one of the languages then you'll be less likely to use it on a consistent basis.

As I have looked at the above listed languages briefly I agree with the Analogy. Insightful perspective in the differences in functional utility between the different languages and how they come together to make something tangible!
