in my opinion, just make some practice projects. rock paper scissors, tic tac toe, bot that follows random links, a program with gui, discord bot, etc

Search for "The Python Challenge" which apparently has been online since 2005, with 2.5m visitors. Looks like a few dozen riddles at least (first I've seen it)
