to experience web designers. when creating a web design how often do you use ready-made templates like bootstrap and others.

I'm new to html and noticed there are lots of html (web) codes are shared and most of them have a huge html code in it. From another resource I found out that in web developing there lots of ready-made templates like bootstrap exist. So I'm curious of if the experienced web designers are using some of the templates instead of typing code from scratch. Thank you

I don't use ready made templates but I use other resources to add interactivity to my web pages... Ex. Sweet Alert, Material Icons, Google Fonts, And most important graphics...
