How YouTube Tabs are works?

Question

I want to create a web page similarly like youtube channel web page.
LIKE: https://www.youtube.com/user/JustinBieberVEVO/featured . Do you know how that's tabs are worked like when I Click on the Playlist button Playlist section automatically loaded and also changed the title of the web page I know this is created by AJAX but how anyone can change that title on the title-bar. I Create that one by JavaScript but when I click on the back button that's not worked. Please help if anyone know this .........
