Html is for the web and python is not for the web, you have to make a choice. After, you can pass the html lesson then the python lesson (because it's basic) to see what's the principal purpose of each language and how they works

if you are preparing for the IOI, I advice you to start with C++ or Python, if you had learned the algorithm bases first .
