All languages are important, they have different functions.
HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) is used with CSS and JS to create great pages that you can see using your browser. Without HTML you couldn't see website, shopping sites.

Because it's not a programming language and it is as simple as it gets. After understanding it better then you can move on to things that are harder.

CSS, btw, is also not a programming language, it's used to decorate HTML's output.

because HTML is the primary language of a website. It contains all information included in the webpage like paragraphs, images, videos..etc. so it's very important to learn it,because you can't create a website without it. But also HTML is not enough, you should learn CSS and javascript to make your website beautiful and interactive.
